This training programme provides additional requirements over those published in the IPC J-STD-001 to ensure the reliability of soldered electronical and electronic assemblies that must survive the vibration and thermal cyclic environments experienced in the space environment.
This training is will identify and review each section of the addendum providing additional requirements over those published in the J-STD 001 to ensure the reliability of assemblies in the space environment.
Upon course completion students will receive an industry-recognised, traceable certification valid for two years based on their current J-STD certification.
