This addendum and associated training programme provides additional requirements over those published in the IPC/WHMA-A-620 to ensure the performance of the cable and wire harness assemblies survive the vibration and thermal cyclic environments getting to and operating in the space Environment.
Students will demonstrate the ability to fabricate, inspect and test the cable harness assemblies in accordance with the IPC/WHMA-A-620 Space Addendum.
Upon course completion students will receive an industry recognised, raceable certification valid for two years based on their current theory certification.Â
